We recently used HarmonAire to install three Mitsubishi ductless heat pump systems — two in our newly finished basement and one in our living room — and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The installation crew (Edwin, Matt, and Ricardo) was just as impressive. They worked efficiently and neatly, completing the entire project in one day. After the installation, Edwin took the time to go over the entire Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system — explaining how to maintain it and how to use the controls — which we really appreciated. The quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone involved were top-notch. We can’t wait to start using our new system and are confident it will perform great. We had HarmonAire install a whole house system (Heat/AC) for us and were completely happy with everything... from the initial consultation with Tom to the end product. The crew showed up on time and got right to it. They were neat (put drop cloths down on floors and stairs) and cleaned up completely afterwards. The guys were pleasant and open to questions about installation, and helpful to show us how all the units operate at the end. We would highly recommend this company.

The four-man team arrived promptly at 8 AM as promised, and from the moment they walked in, their professionalism and expertise were evident. They were very conscientious about not letting the dogs escape while doors were being opened and closed during the installation. To manage the dust that naturally comes with an installation, they carefully laid down drop cloths from the front door to each spot where the inverter units were being installed. They even vacuumed as they worked, ensuring our home stayed clean. Throughout the day, the team kept us informed about the progress, which really helped put our minds at ease. They wrapped up the installation around 4 PM, and before leaving, they took the time to walk us through the features of the new heat pump, ensuring we felt comfortable with its operation. We reached out to Harmonaire Ductless Heat Pumps when we moved into a new house and had no air conditioning. We called them in August, and they responded promptly. We hopped on a zoom call with Tom and gave him a sense for the house, and he was able to talk through some basic options. We were impressed and had him come out for a quote. The service was prompt and courteous. He gave us a quote and talked through financing options, and we quickly accepted. They scheduled install soon thereafter, and our summer of brutal temps and no air conditioning was over. We were happy with the service and the workers that performed the install. We have used Harmonaire twice now and keep going back! First we did our main floor with two ductless units and then our basement. We are now pricing out our units for upstairs. The team is great to work with and job is always done to perfection! They work with you to figure out exactly what unit you need and work within your budget! Can’t recommend a better company!

We recently had Gold Coast install a new Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-heat ductless split heat pump system in our home. From start to finish Tom and his team took care to assure that our needs were met. My first point of contact came after I had found Gold Coast on Mitsubishi's website, where they are listed as Diamond Elite contractors. Mitsubishi Electric reserves this designation for their top tier installers. I submitted a request for more information from them online, and I promptly received a courteous call from Gold Coast. My wife and I scheduled a no pressure Zoom consultation with Tom, the owner. We came away very impressed by the quality of the system and with the concern that Tom had in making sure we were picking the right solution for our needs. We then visited the showroom, and Tom and his team showed us the different products available. This helped us *very* much in determining what units we wanted, as we were replacing a 40 year old furnace and a central air system that was newer, but did a poor job of keeping the upstairs spaces comfortable in the summer. Next, we got a visit to our home from Tom and his team, where he took careful measurements in order to perform the necessary calculations to determine what size system and components we needed. Tom also offered his insight, gained from many years of experience, as to what would be best for our needs. The install team was courteous, clean, and professional.
